This community is tailored to African Americans looking to better their habits, better their health and wellness, and better there understanding to live a better lifestyle. A change of habit, a change of mindset, a change of lifestyle will get you that health and wellness more effectively you deserve to live longer.  African American is number one death in Stress, Depression, High Blood Pressure (Hypertension), Diabetes, and Obesity; the list goes on. Grand Rising My Beautiful Queens and My Handsome Kings, my name is Olandrea Whitfield, but I go by Olandrea M. Cabiness. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas on September 18, 1993, yes baby I'm a Virgo! I started Evolve With Olandrea because I am becoming the best version of myself through the journey of Self. I invite you on this journey as well to spend time with yourself and learn who you are. We can do it together, your journey don't have to be alone. Evolve With Olandrea grow through Self Love, Self Care, Self Awareness, Self Respect, Self Esteem, Self Improvement, Self Reflection, Self Acceptance and Self Healing. The great thing about this Facebook Community it focus specifically on all of these through fitness, health and wellness.

I am a Professional Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Life & Health Coach, Certified Aromatherapist, Reiki Master, Certified Herbalist, Certified Fertility Massage Therapist, Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Certified Hot Stones, Hydrotherapy, and Cupping. I will be graduating soon to be come a Naturopathic Doctor with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and minor in Psychology.
